About this role:

The Kennedy-Donovan Center is seeking a temporary Case Manager/Social Worker for the Foster Care and Family Services Division to assess and support individual child, youth, and family needs.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Time Period: October 2025- May 2026

In this role you'll get to:

Assess individual(s) and family strengths and needs.
Develop safe and helpful relationships with assigned individual(s).
Participate in all team meetings such as:
- Development of Treatment Plans
- Ongoing supports related to Treatment Plan objectives and goals.
- Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster Care Reviews
- Individual and case reviews
Provide in-home case management services for families and children.
Advocate for children and their families as needed.
Provide supportive services to foster/biological families, as well as identified children/youth.
Collaborate with internal/external resources and community providers to ensure appropriate placement and services.
Monitor placements per DCF/EEC/Kennedy-Donovan Center regulations.
Comply with all Kennedy-Donovan Center, EEC and DCF documentation requirements.
Maintain compliance with all Kennedy-Donovan Center policies and procedures.
Transporting children/families as needed.

We are looking for people who have:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (Psychology, Human Services) required.
LSW or LSWA licensure (within 6 months of hire).
Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer competence in Microsoft Office
Bilingual Portuguese and/or Spanish speaking preferred.
