About this role:

The Shared Living Program Team Lead will provide daily management of all assigned projects. This position will work collaboratively with the Shared Living Director. Multi-disciplinary approach in accordance with the Kennedy Donovan Center (KDC) philosophy, mission, and vision.

We are looking for people who have:

Minimum of five years of working with Individuals with developmental disabilities.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
Able to meet the required competency level in Microsoft Office Software and an Electronic Healthcare record.
Must be self-directed able to set priorities and work with direct supervision.
Other Requirements
- Will be required to receive and make work-related phone calls during non-standard business hours
- Must be able to work flexible hours including on-call coverage
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license

In this role, you’ll get to:

In collaboration with the Program Director, identify and facilitate staff and Caregiver trainings and development.
Maintain completion of documentation as required by KDC and all applicable funding agencies to ensure compliance with licensing standards. (ISP, FTR, home visits and submission of payment request forms)
Communicating/working with staff (ex: going over things that need to be correct on ISP, iCentrix, home visits etc.)
Participating in professional development activities and training necessary to enhance skills and maintain licensure.
Provide emergency on-call and/or administrative coverage services as assigned within the Blackstone Valley Region.
Perform duties in the office 5 days a week with the option to work from home for 2 days.
