About this role:
The Shared Living Program Team Lead will provide daily management of all assigned projects. This position will work collaboratively with the Shared Living Director. Multi-disciplinary approach in accordance with the Kennedy Donovan Center (KDC) philosophy, mission, and vision.
We are looking for people who have:
- Minimum of five years of working with Individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Able to meet the required competency level in Microsoft Office Software and an Electronic Healthcare record.
- Must be self-directed able to set priorities and work with direct supervision.
- Other Requirements
- Will be required to receive and make work-related phone calls during non-standard business hours
- Must be able to work flexible hours including on-call coverage
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
In this role, you’ll get to:
- In collaboration with the Program Director, identify and facilitate staff and Caregiver trainings and development.
- Maintain completion of documentation as required by KDC and all applicable funding agencies to ensure compliance with licensing standards. (ISP, FTR, home visits and submission of payment request forms)
- Communicating/working with staff (ex: going over things that need to be correct on ISP, iCentrix, home visits etc.)
- Participating in professional development activities and training necessary to enhance skills and maintain licensure.
- Provide emergency on-call and/or administrative coverage services as assigned within the Blackstone Valley Region.
- Perform duties in the office 5 days a week with the option to work from home for 2 days.
